Complaints Procedure

The School’s Governing Board are committed to ensuring the best quality education is afforded all pupils. They recognise, however, that occasions can arise where a person or persons with a legitimate interest in Thomas Jones, but not being employed by the school, may wish to make a complaint. Governors are determined that any complaint against their decisions or actions shall be dealt with fairly, effectively and in an expedient fashion.

To this end, they have adopted the principles and procedures set out in the document in the right hand column.

Please note that Ofsted do not investigate complaints from individual parents, but will pass on the information to the Local Authority (RBKC), who will then either investigate themselves or ask the school to investigate.
