Falling Leaves & Autumn Melodies
A wonderful musical morning filled the air with excitement as our Early Years and KS1 children were enthralled by a visit from musician Max McLeish, who brought the sights and sounds of autumn to life through music.
Through playful vocal exercises, the children used their voices to mimic the gentle patterns of falling leaves, sang short songs about leaves drifting to the ground and discovered the signs of autumn all around them. They even explored the magic of singing in rounds, listening carefully to one another as their voices came together in harmony.
A joyful and engaging musical experience, inspiring our youngest learners to explore the changing seasons through rhythm, song and the wonder of music.
