Five Ways to Wellbeing
After an informative coffee morning about sleep hygiene and resilience, NHS bi-borough Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health lead Eve Cross gave an interactive and engaging assembly about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
The children learnt that they can support their own mental health by addressing these five areas: Connect, Active, Learn, Give, Attention.
