Imam Dr Faid along with Prevent Advisors Aysha Esakji and Simone Torrey, came to talk to the children about one of the British Values: mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs.
Dr Faid is an Imam - a scholar of the Muslim faith and a loyal friend to Thomas Jones. His message was to honour all mankind as equals; to respect, care and assist. He talked about the importance of mercy and compassion and the dangers of arrogance. The children were captivated by his softly spoken words and had plenty of questions for him on his tour of the school.
