World Book Day Author Visit
Pupils and staff alike were beguiled and enchanted by the visit from Ewa Jozefkowicz, author of a number of children's books and recently shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize.
Ewa spent the morning talking to Year 5 and Year 6 pupils about her experiences as a writer, inspiring and stimulating pupils in equal measure. Ewa also kindly signed copies of her most recent books and was generous of her time with individual children, answering questions and encouraging those pupils who have a particular interest in poetry and prose.
